Quality and Information Security Policy

We adopt Quality and Information Security as an indispensable principle and a primary objective of our company. Ensuring this approach across all our activities is considered our main goal and policy.

Environmental Policy

Our organization acts with the understanding that environmental considerations must be treated as a primary priority when determining its working methods.
In line with this awareness, we adopt as a principle and objective the environmentally sustainable, environmentally conscious and continuously improving development of every process involved in the sales, design, installation, service and maintenance activities of high-security systems used in business and shopping centers, prisons, airports, power plants, industrial facilities, high-security military facilities, embassies and ministries.

Energy Policy

We protect the environment and minimize the damage caused by our activities, products and services;
We constantly improve our activities by regularly reviewing their energy impact, emissions and risks;
We act in conformity with the laws, legislation and standards and fully perform our conformity obligations regarding energy efficiency, energy usage and energy consumption;
We constantly improve our management system to increase our energy management performance;
We raise employees with high energy and natural resource awareness and encourage their active participation;

We contribute to the environment through reducing energy and natural resource consumption, waste management and recycling;
We develop energy efficiency projects for reducing the effects of climate change and aim for a sustainable growth;
We provide the necessary information and resources for the realization of energy management system and energy goals;
We supply products and services that impact the energy performance and are energy-efficient and improve our stakeholders.

Social and Ethics Board Policy

We guarantee that we will not employ child labor below the legal age limit;
We will act within the principles of equality for all of our employees regarding recruitment, pay, promotion, complaints, and discharge;
We will not employe forced and involuntary labor;
Our employees may use their personal rights fully and in good order;
We will not use corporate penalties and not allow verbal, physical or psychological harassment or coercion;
We will not pressure our employees to not become members of any legal society;
We will not discriminate based on religion, belief, language, race, sexual orientation, age and sex;
We will establish the work hours and overtime hours within legal limits, base our pay at least on the legal minimum wage with which our employees can meet their basic expenses, and pay the overtime wages as stipulated by the laws;
We will provide working conditions to our employees fit to human dignity and provide appropriate working conditions with the belief that our employees have the right to work in a healthy and safe environment;
We will not allow any bribes to be taken or given and not engage in relationships with third parties who have the desire to enter a commercial relationship through bribery and corruption;
We will not accept or give gifts except for those that have symbolic value;
We will deem the financial and commercial information of our company and customers with which we have a commercial relationship to be proprietary, keep the same confidential, and inform our employees regarding the same;
We will follow antimonopoly and anti-money laundering laws;
We will follow the commercial prohibitions in the countries of foreign companies with which we have commercial relationships;
We will not allow parties to force our employees to carry out illegal work by using their positions and seniority;
We will act in accordance with ethical values and rules;
We are against illegal subjects such as slavery and human trafficking;
Pregnant women, interns and special risk group employees may not be employed more than 7.5 hours a day and during night as per the legal limits;
All employees may anonymously use the complaint boxes to make their complaints or provide their opinions.
